Ray's Pools Office Assistant: Instagram privacy notice

This app helps Ray's Pools receive and review inquiries sent to its rays_pools Instagram account. It is operated by Ray's Pools.

Information received
When you message the business, the app can receive your Instagram account identifier, message content, attachments or attachment references, message timestamps, and related message events supplied by Instagram. If you include your name, contact details, property information or service needs, those details may also be part of the message.

Use of information
We use this information to review inquiries, keep track of conversations, avoid duplicate responses and help provide pool services. Software may assist with organizing messages and preparing responses. The current receiver only captures messages; it does not send automatic replies.

Storage and access
Cloudflare hosts the app's message receiver and database. Access is limited to authorized account administrators and service providers needed to operate the app. The public receiver does not provide an endpoint for reading stored messages. Meta also processes information under its own policies.

Retention and deletion requests
Message records are retained for customer communication, service follow-through and troubleshooting. To request access, correction or deletion of information held by this app, email service@rays-pool-service.com and identify the Instagram account and conversation involved. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Deleting data held by this app does not itself delete messages held by Instagram or another separately operated business system.
